This was our third stay in this fabulous beach home and it once again exceeded our expectations. For several generations, our family’s summer spot was OCNJ. The elevator and many bedrooms with decks enabled everyone to enjoy the amenities of this spectacular home. Every year the owner adds upgrades. This home is perfectly designed for large families-everyone has a private space. The kitchen is especially well equipped! Stephanie has been such a help through the years in booking and with any questions. She responds immediately and quickly resolves any issues. Looking forward to our next stay!!!

Our kids grew up looking forward to going to OCNJ every summer, and now that they’re all married and have kids of their own, it’s hard for us all to get together in one place at the ocean anymore–except this summer. We were lucky enough to find this gem of a house right on the boardwalk at 2nd Street, only steps from the beach. The house is kept in meticulous condition and we had plenty of room for everyone–babies to retirees. We had a WONDERFUL time–and many thanks to Stephanie, who was always there to answer questions and meet all of our needs! (And by the way, the outside porch overlooking the boardwalk was the perfect place to watch the July 4th fireworks!)

This beautiful home was just that! Even through hurricane Ian, our family had plenty to do indoors in this spacious, clean home. Elevator was very helpful for family member with disability to take you to each floor easily. Great location on the beach and boardwalk with beautiful views. Awesome time! Would love to rent again!

This home is pristine, well maintained and set up for extended families. We really appreciate the well equipped kitchen with sharp knives, and plenty of seating for family members so we can eat together. The elevator is a plus for unloading everyone’s gear and getting Granny upstairs.

The property manager is very responsive and any issue is handled quickly.

This summer was our second time staying here, and it was just as great as the first. Perfect for all 11 of us, ranging in age from 8-80! The location is perfect, the kitchen is well appointed, the elevator was so helpful for unloading all our stuff and for those of us who have some mobility issues. This house is a dream. We can’t wait for our next visit next summer.

Our family had one of our best vacations ever! The house was immaculate, well equipped and very comfortable for all of our family members, young and old. The elevator was a godsend! The house was convenient for those walking, running or biking on the boardwalk and just steps from the beach. We also appreciated the quick responses from the homeowner when we had a question. We can’t wait to return to this lovely home!

This was our second stay. Too many “I love this place!”, “I’m so happy to be back here!” and “Thank you for getting us this house!” to count! Our family couldn’t be happier. Love the location and the view is spectacular! Even relaxing on the porch, I could watch my grandchildren jumping waves! Just the best!

Fantastic home in a perfect location.

I can’t say enough about how amazing this property is. Other than one of the best locations on the boardwalk, it was spotless, had completely modern amenities, more room than we thought when we booked it and an incredibly responsive property manager. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our 2nd time staying at this well appointed home. Having spent well over 20 years going to OCNJ as a kid and now as an adult finding the perfect rental is not always as advertised…Make no mistake this is EVERYTHING as advertised and more. Many call themselves LUXURY but this home truly is. As long as this home is available we will never stay anywhere else. These owners are willing to invest in their property while many rental owners cut corners. While many rental homes take a beating year after year, The home owner had this home looking like we were the first ones to “live” in it! Everything was fresh. Not to mention improvements were made on top of everything being perfect during our last visit. I’m very particular and not always the easiest to please. This home is everything you could want in a luxury rental. When they say LUXURY….They mean it! Thanks for a wonderful week of memories again!

We stayed at 929 2nd street to celebrate my mom’s 90’th birthday with family who came in from the west coast, MA, NJ, DC, VA and PA! Communication to make arrangements was spectacular from beginning to end. The house is very well set up for groups, each room has access to a full bath with multiple ensuite, the amenities throughout the house were well done and there wasn’t anything that was missed! The house and layout were comfortable and exactly as presented. The kitchen in particular was well appointed with every kitchen tool you could imagine as well as plenty of storage for the items you brought along. The extra frig in the basement is a great add for overflow food and drinks! Views were so good we often didn’t go to the beach as you felt like you were already right on it but access for beach, walking, everything was easy. We plan to revisit next year and highly recommend 929 2nd Street!

Thank you for providing us with such an amazing vacation! I have been working with Covid patients since the start of the pandemic with very little time off. The lock-downs and social distancing have taken a toll on our mental health and this trip has helped recharge the batteries. Even knowing I have to go back to an outbreak, I will be ready to work hard again. We literally did not need to leave the compound! Here’s to a healthy and happy new year!

I just wanted to thank you for letting my family stay at your lovely Ocean City property. We loved it. Our kids loved it. The grandchildren loved it. The elevator was a godsend!

It was so nice to have some place with an equipment stocked kitchen. My family members cook and you had everything we needed.

We had not experienced the north end of OCNJ and I am glad we took the opportunity to do so. In spite of the crowds on the boardwalk, the house was not noisy. All babies slept fine. The rest of us enjoyed seeing the ocean and people watching early in the morning as we sipped our coffee.

Thank you for designing and maintaining a property that makes taking vacation with your family trouble free. We will be back!

This property was fabulous for my large family. Ages ranged from 3 months to 73. Well designed with eating and family areas open. Well stocked kitchen so we could cook. Nice balcony for sitting and enjoying our morning coffee. Easy access to boardwalk and beach was a time saver dealing with small children. Contacting owner was easy and inquiries received a quick and helpful reply. We would rent this property again. It was perfect for us and money well spent for a no hassle vacation.

It worked well for every family member – from the 91 year old to the 2 month old – and everyone in-between! The location is perfect. It’s right on the beach so folks who couldn’t make it to the beach could still experience the ocean from the comfort of the large deck, and those who did go to the beach only had to walk a short path over the dunes. Being right on the boardwalk, but on a quiet end, made it very easy to walk to the boardwalk attractions without having to deal with the noise and crowd when you were sitting on the deck. The owners were great to work with and very responsive. Thanks for a great week, we will definitely be back next time we go to Ocean City!

This is a really great house. Clean, nice furniture, good bathrooms with lots of room for a family. The views are spectacular and it’s not crowded in by houses on either side. We had a very minor maintenance issue, but the manager was super responsive. It was our first trip to Ocean City and we really liked it. Very scenic boardwalk, cute shops, good grocery stores – overall just a nice place to visit for Thanksgiving week.

Rented a week last week at this property. The home is very well maintained and in a great location. The home has all the modern amenities . The house is situated seconds from the beach for convenience.

Management was easy to talk to and they also set up a mid week cleaning at my request. My family and I had 10/12 people in the house all week. We were all comfortable and enjoyed the week.

Fantastic location, loads of extra thoughtful and useful amenities, great for families and multigenerational groups.

The house was everything promised and more! We rented this property because of it’s location and the fact that it had an elevator for my Mom. Ocean City NJ is her happy place, so what better place to celebrate her 85th birthday.

Unfortunately she can’t make it down to the beach as easily as she used to but in this house we brought the beach to her. The ocean and beach are visible from most windows as well as the many porches.

I was concerned about being on the boardwalk and the potential for noise at all hours, but it turned out not to be an issue. We slept in a front bedroom and never heard a thing.

The house was well stocked with everything we needed. From the kitchen and the grill, to the bedrooms and bathrooms there was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided.

Been renting in OCNJ for 40 years and are always looking for the best and most luxurious ocean front properties. This by far was the best. Offered everything you could want in high end beach home! We all had a wonderful time and will be back again next year! No detail was spared! Thanks for having us!

This home was beautiful, with spectacular views of the ocean, beach, and boardwalk! It was just steps to the beach with easy access and Brown’s donuts was a daily treat, since it too was only steps away🙂 The homeowner and his assistant were wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend this property. Thinking about next year already 🤔

My family surprised me with this house for 5 days/4nights for my 40th birthday! It was a beautiful house in a fantastic location – just the place to relax and enjoy spending time with my family. There was everything that you would need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Nothing beats the view and my kids loved waking up and seeing the dolphins out the front window. The only thing that would have made this visit better was if the weather had cooperated…but it was still amazing!

We enjoyed a 4 night stay in this spacious home right on the boardwalk. My Mom and Dad celebrated 90 Years with lots of family. Being under one roof so we could chat and share food and walks on the beach was priceless! The elevator was important since Dad uses a walker. Plenty of comfy beds, modern bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, and a great sound system. Room for four cars and on- street parking just around the corner. We enjoyed the decks equipped with plenty of outdoor furniture. There are two outdoor showers facing the boardwalk plus one linked to the first floor bathroom but since we were there right before Halloween we did not test them out! Come enjoy Ocean City in this amazing house and you will not be disappointed.

The house was PERFECT and we loved every single thing about it, including the beds (my sister-in-law said it was the most comfortable bed she ever slept in!) Your property manager is a TREASURE – he took such great care and pride in showing us how a couple things worked.

Hope to make this an annual thing!

Beautiful place and fantastic location!!

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving in this beach house. My mother was able to enjoy the day. The beach house is beautiful and the staff made sure everything was perfect for our visit. The views are breathtaking.

I can’t thank you enough for making a very emotional time for my mother one of her most memorable times.

We have had a fabulous and relaxing week and were so sad to leave. We absolutely enjoyed this beautiful home and the views were so amazing that we were quite happy just enjoying the beach from the balconies without even going down to the water!

This house was close enough that you could almost touch the boardwalk from the decks. It was also on the north end of the boardwalk so that it had a great, close view of the beach. Beach access was just across the boardwalk. Brown’s famous doughnuts were less than two blocks away, and on the boardwalk. The house was clean and updated and very well furnished. Thank you.

Our vacation crew consisting of 7 adults and 6 kids could not be happier with our experience renting this house. The owner and his assistant were wonderful to work with; they made sure that every detail was taken care of before, during, and after our stay. The house is immaculate, there was no expense spared when this house was furnished, and the kitchen was equipped for a top chef. The house was conveniently located to everything, there is a lifeguard stand directly behind the house, great bakeries for fresh donuts a few steps in either direction on the boardwalk, and the heart of the boardwalk was only a short walk from the house. We look forward to renting this house again next year and years to come.
