The Living Room is part of the open layout on the main (2 nd ) floor of the house. This room has a front-row view of the beach and Boardwalk below. A large sectional sofa offers a comfy place to curl up, read a book, watch TV or sit by the fire on a cooler night. Two side chairs plus four extra stool seats pull out from under the coffee table to accommodate a larger crowd. A built-in bar in the corner west wall is fully equipped with glassware and a beverage center.
